  2. Create a culture that allows the Dealership to start the figures.
  3. Coach and condition the sales staff at the desk.
  4. Begin the discussion of price with 3 Purchase Options: Cash, Finance and Lease.
  5. Never start with $0 down or out of pocket (minimum $500).
