We are kicking off 2021 with performance evaluation & coaching. During the month of January we are going to examine specific day to day circumstances by department. Starting with Finance on January 7th, Sales on 1/14, Management on 1/21 and a Wrap up on 1/28, Gerry will explore real dealer scenarios that create road blocks to increased profits and how to overcome them through process, practice and untapped resources. The Product Prep Community will also share successes that have made an impact to performance. This webinar series will provide the tools to take your year to the next level.
