Phone-up Follow-up is a six-step process infused into a conversation to draw out the primary objection. This should be handled by the person who took the initial in- coming call.

Our goal is to familiarize you with the art of Follow- up, so you understand what to say when a customer comes to your dealership and leaves without buying a car. This call is typically made before a PR call, by the person who took the initial phone call and is not to be confused with a PR call.
